The Performance Positioning Assistant maps products to specific LEED, WELL, and other rating system credits, helping manufacturers identify opportunities and demonstrate how their products contribute to project certifications.
The Service Provider Spec Writer supports sustainability consultants and commissioning agents by generating qualification specifications, LEED-aligned scope descriptions, and RFP-ready service requirements.

Unlike general-purpose AI tools, SustainaSpec is built on marketing language tailored for the green building industry. The platform combines Bold Branch Collective's LEED expertise and communications experience with Syscore's building intelligence and sustainability data capabilities.
