Bold Branch Collective at Greenbuild 2026

Every year, Greenbuild brings together the people shaping what comes next for the built environment. This October, Bold Branch Collective will be at the Javits Center in New York for Greenbuild 2026, reconnecting with longtime colleagues, meeting new industry leaders, and talking with the companies turning ambitious sustainability goals into practical solutions.

Our team has been part of Greenbuild ever since its inception in 2002, during our time leading marketing and communications for the U.S. Green Building Council. We have seen Greenbuild grow alongside the green building movement and we have seen the industry move from making the case for sustainability to figuring out how to deliver it at scale.

That shift makes this year’s theme, Invest for Impact, especially timely.

The industry has no shortage of good ideas

Across the green building market, companies are developing better materials, smarter technology, more credible data and new ways to reduce carbon, protect human health, and improve building performance. LEED v5 is raising expectations. Embodied carbon and material transparency are becoming more important. Owners are asking for portfolio-level visibility, and project teams are under pressure to turn sustainability commitments into measurable results.

Strong sustainability work can still lose in the market when its value is difficult to explain, its positioning sounds like everyone else’s or its marketing never reaches the people who influence specifications, purchasing and implementation. That's where Bold Branch Collective can help.

We know that technical leadership deserves market recognition but more importantly, it deserves market adoption.

Companies need a clear answer to harder questions:

  • Why does this solution matter now?

  • What business or project problem does it solve?

  • Who needs to understand its value and what matters most to each audience?

  • How does it support priorities such as LEED v5, carbon reduction, healthier materials, compliance, operational efficiency, or ESG reporting?

  • What will move a prospect from awareness to consideration, and from consideration to action?

Those questions sit at the center of our work. We help green building, climate-tech, and sustainability companies translate technical expertise into a market position people can understand and a growth strategy they can act on.

What we’ll be talking about at Greenbuild

We are especially interested in conversations about:

  • Moving sustainable products and technologies from awareness to specification and adoption

  • Helping companies communicate the business value of lower-carbon, healthier, and higher-performing buildings

  • Preparing product and service strategies for LEED v5 and other evolving market expectations

  • Reaching new buyers while building stronger relationships with existing customers

  • Turning events, partnerships, and thought leadership into qualified opportunities

  • Using data, AI, and smarter marketing systems to understand audiences and accelerate growth

  • Connecting sustainability outcomes with the priorities of architects, contractors, owners and executives
